From Ask.com, I know they said it's one of really good/best answer site to use, but too many of my posted questions got deleted there, can you tell me what other answer sites to use that I can post those same questions to where it (may not)/won't get deleted, and perhaps no penalty occur from those?
Or maybe an answer site that I can type in/post just about anything I like onto that?
If you find an answer site that I can also post images or/and videos too, then that would be very good!

You're asking what website to get answers from, on a website that provides answers. Be careful you may inadvertently trigger a breach in the space time continuum or something.

The article http://fedobe.com/question-and-get-answered-free-online-question-answer-websites/ lists the most popular ones. Each site has a set of rules (do's and don'ts). To avoid getting your entries deleted, read and follow the rules.
