Her vulva has decreased in size since mating her and she drinks a lot more, also i can start to see her nipples any info or confirmation would be appreciative.

Holistic Ferret Forum - they have an overwhelming amount of information including breeding. Request to be added and ask under their page - I guarantee you that more than one person will have an answer. I have 3 ferrets but never bred them.

You need to talk to other ferret breeders. Its not an easy thing in breeding ferrets. Most all of them are fixed as females will bleed to death if not bred on a consistent basis.
