does it have facetime and does it have picture efforts like if i take a picture can you change it to a black and white one and that ? and is it worth getting ?

Face time is only specific to iPhone. Android phones (which the s3 runs on) has had Video Call features way before apple came along.
The S3 does have a number of camera features and a lot more than any iphone.
I personally own a Samsung Galaxy S3, best phone money can buy and i doubt anyone will beat it this year.

Facetime is an Apple product
but you have Skype (and it works on any mobile including apple)
and it will do video and voice just like facetime..
Picture changing features - most phones have some basic facility,
but instagram etc and other apps (some free, some paid for) offer much more than any builtin feature
