Twitter is like a micro-blogging service. You can put on a short "tweet" , as it is called, which is just a short statement or phrase about what you are doing, where you might be going, or even what you're thinking.
You can follow other people, like celebs, and see their updates.
Others can follow you and see yours.

Twitter is another form of a blog. And everyone shares every irrelavent part of their life. And beware of the "celebs" they are often not who they say they are

Twitter is like.. tiny messages, about the size of your facebook status or mobile text messages, "microblogging".. there are facebook/myspace/rss apps, etc so that when you update your twitter, it automatically updates your facebook status, myspace profile, your website blog, etc, etc.. you can even send updates via your mobile phone "stuck at the airport".. "heading to Thai Fusion for dinner @ 8pm".. blah blah.. so you can keep family/friends in the loop or you can use it for business.. "just updated my website.. just added a new article".. "need help with blah.. "..

Twitter...if you have a Myspace it's basically just your "extended network" If you have a Facebook it's basically your "status" I have all three Myspace, Twitter and Facebook, call me crazy...I love the apps on my iPhone, anyways...(:
You just briefly tell people what you are doing...you can send links, pictures on twitpic, etc. you also follow people to find out what they are doing...it's actually really fun.

twitter is social networks in which peoples(user) can follow their celebrity and other peoples. likewise user can also have opportunity to make followers.

Twitter allows people to follow @ AtHeartOhio , that alone makes it awesome. It also lets you celebrate #DriedFruitThursday. Go ahead, follow them and send them a tweet that says #DriedFruitThursday. I know you want to.
