Does anyone know how l make a Facebook business page so if someone likes it l can accept or decline?

I'm not reallyy sure how to make a business page private, but I know how to make your whole profile private. If you want help with that later.

As far as I'm concerned that's not possible. Pages are used to promote something to everyone, not to keep it restricted to some people.
