people say they follow celebrities on Twitter but don't stalk them. ok what's considered stalking?

stalking is pretty much whenever they tweet, they go and ''stalk them'', a.k.a read many of their tweets, or visit their profile a lot. if they say that they ''don't stalk them'', it means they follow them, see their tweets, but don't check out their past tweets or page.
