When I try to get my free Panem I.D. card through the evil geniuses doing the Hunger Games marketing, it works completely for my Twitter but not for Facebook - but they're different districts. On Facebook, I neither get an ID# nor a career path designated, and therefore Cafepress won't print it (I tried and they sent me an apologetic email and a code to get a new one, but obviously that won't work if I still can't get the slots to fill in). The people running the social media have been completely unresponsive on Twitter and Facebook, and I can't figure out a way to contact customer service anywhere. Any suggestions?
I should mention that this has nothing to do with the Panemonium site. I'm talking about the official Capitol.PN marketing thing that The Hunger Games movie is doing.

Because of the high amount of volume the Gamemakers get on a daily basis, we're trying to crowd-source help fans to help each other during the game process.
