I could calculate it for you but in reality you'd need to be using your iPhone on Twitter 24/7 to even get close to 200mb (I'd say a few thousand tweets.)
I wouldn't worry as your iPhone will cache twitter.com and that'll stop it from loading every time you open it (just the once.)
text is the most basic form of memory on the internet - it doesn't use much mb at all.
