He seems to bother the people he knows I talk to.He tries to get the attention of one of my friends that most ppl think we're "bestfriends",even though I wouldn't consider us that.And he also followed this other girl in twitter I talk to quite often.Yet,he doesn't say anything to me.

unlike women, men doesn't hide their intentions, straight to the point. he's not interested. simple as that.
