keyword "Organo Gold" has medium competition with Global monthly searches of 4,50,000 and 1,35,000 local monthly searches as per Google ad-word tool. I want to know how long it will take to get on top 3 pages of Google.

As per my knowlwdge thsi is not bit competitive, if you make good quality back links and post some extra ordinary content then it can come in 1 month or 1.5 months.

It depends how much time you spend on SEO and the quality of content. You need to work on mix up related keywords to rank on top 3 pages..!! It will be easy if you get 100 good quality links

You can get position in 1 month, if you are able to generate unique content related to your topic. Once you generate content, take care of Meta tags, along with URL ( include your desired keyword in url) ,and share in social media and try to get likes and shares for your post.
