I live in LA CA and I see this thing that says bubble head I see it everywhere and I wonder what's that? Do y'all know what it is?

These new pieces are linked to previously shared Bubblehead posts that have appeared Downtown, at Sunset and Vine, and on the Walk of Fame in the past few years. Now, they are just everywhere."
