CJ is ok, but remember you have a min pay out, so if you not going to get loads of business you better using another company.
Basicly you need to have loads of traffic to get any money from CJ.

The best way to earn is to choose a niche you are interested in and develop a website around it. Monetise the website with banners from relevant companies that advertise through CJ.
