Any free way to advertise your business is a time consuming way or less effective. You can try SEO if you have a website. It will take time if you want to do it by yourself but may be very effective if done correctly.

Create an account on yelp.com encourage your customers/clients to leave comments.

If you advertise on these free websites you must make sure you view your listing often and write important keywords. The FREE way maybe time consuming but all of the money you will save is WORTH it. Not all advertising/marketing companies are created equal.

WORD OF MOUTH is the BEST advertisement. Business cards can be made via Vistaprint.com for low cost.

Where T-shirts, hats, or get car signage from Vistaprint.com also for low cost to advertise your business.

Youtube page...
Google+ is a great tool as well. If you are on Facebook please keep your small business page strictly small business and not personal postings. : ) Just a word of advice.

Well good luck and best wishes to you.
