help my twitter account got suspended the reason is in the attachment how can i unsuspend it this is my first time getting suspended help 10 points for best answer

it looks like your account has been unsuspended again and basically they are saying that account was sending loads of @replies to tweets and mentioning loads of users in multiple tweets so twitter thought it looked suspicious. Don't go overboard with twitter, I know people who have been suspended from posting tweets for 24 hours as they posted loads, and I mean loads. Its just there to detect possible spam accounts etc
