My win8 is downloading something, my windows update is off, stil there is downloading, my new 3g netseter when conected thd entire 250mb pack ended in minits, i doesnt even got a chance to open the browser.. When i look the statistics 250mb downld was there, i dont knw what was downld

Maybe a software you've installed is automatically updating itself.
