I need software for 3 people fairly cheap. We work in financial services and would like to keep track of the 600 or so businesses that use us. I need more of a contact software where I can add notes and dates visited etc. Its not so much for prospecting. Any ideas?

Check Salesforce.com - they have a plan for 5 users for $25 per user per month. They're pretty solid for a smaller organization
