I have created a website that I released just a couple of days ago, where you can upload an image and write how you want it edited. Then other users will edit is as you like. Of course 100% free.

image with offset cmyk overprint color,
you take image, and separate cmyk channels into layers, and offset group by increments to overlay each other, then adjust layer blend modes multiply to mix two or more for third color,
