I can barely hit 11 likes on my profile picture. But i notice many people easily get 30-40 likes easily, Almost as easy as passing gas. We have the same number of friends like 400 too

A lot of the time they keep changing their profile picture between the same few over a month or so. This way more people see them all, thus more people like them.

it depends on how many friends you have, how nice the picture is, how often your friends are on fb etc..
