joomla create an ordering form using items in database? - Matty - 04-11-2014 08:50 AM

Hi,

I am wanting to put an order form on our Joomla website where the user can select the items we have in stock (we have a stock on hand database that gets updated in the backend) and hit send. There are no payments, it just sends us an email or saves it on the site for us to process.

I cant seem to find a plugin and am not sure what to even search for as the list needs to update as per the database.

I like the Fabrik extension however it seems to be the wrong one to use for this.

Thank you,
Matt

I don't think there is a plugin for that, so you would have to get the code written for that and then integrate it. You can do it with ultimatewb - it is a built-in feature there.

You can use Ragic to build an app for that or use one of the ready-made app templates. You can embed your forms and data on Joomla with the Web embed function.
