hi friends i have a problem with google adsense approval form my website can any one tell me whats the problem with my site my site url is http://www.stepinau.com (when i applied for adsense i got message like this Site does not comply with Google policies)

Hello,
I have visited your website and fine out that you have not optimize your website in a proper way. I would like suggest that first you have to optimize your website with proper strategy that is on page. You have to mention title and description for every webpage. Once you will get some amount of traffic for your website and have a good presence on web then sure Google will provide the Adsence access for your website.
Now a days Google check each and everything related to your website then only provides the Adsence. Majorly Google check the quality of content, links and domain age. If all is according to Google policies then you will get Adsence account.

As I visited your website, I find something missing from your site which was mandatory. Google must consider these factors before approve Adsense request, and these are-
Disclaimer, Privacy Policy.
Yes, these pages are mandatory on every website before apply for Google Adsense. Add these pages and after few days apply again. Hope, this time they approve.
But make sure that you didn't use duplicate content on your website. It means you didn't copy any content from any website.
