I live in Singapore and I am trying to buy two items on amazon :http://amzn.to/16WJnFu and http://amzn.to/1aJAtzg .
However I get the error/message "We're sorry. This item can't be shipped to your selected destination. You may either change the shipping address or delete the item from your order." After i click "ship to this address" (the button you click after you fill in your address)
As you can see both items are labeled to be able to ship to countries outside of U.S and Singapore is also a country found when filling in the address details so i have no idea why i keep getting the error... Please help this is very frustating i have tried multiple time but to no avail..I have also tried the one click option but its also not working..Help would be appreciated~!
@lauren I have no idea how to contact the seller...i know the item is being sold by amazon.com (as stated in the page of the links, "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com. Gift-wrap available.") ... its my first time buying from amazon, it be great if you could teach me how to contact the sellers of products.

Im not sure why this happens but maybe try and contact the seller to see if they have made a mistake with some of the information they have put in
