Where is the best place for web designers to advertise? - anonymous - 04-11-2014 01:00 PM

I have been a web designer & developer for a long time now. For the majority of my career, most of m work has come through advertising on Gumtree. However, the workload is slowing down and I am getting fewer and fewer responses to my ads. What are other good methods for freelance Web Designers to advertise and get work? I'm looking to get as much as I can and I don't honestly care who I work for, just as long as I have the dough coming in.

There are a number of places you can advertise, even using subtle ways such as Facebook Pages - make a page with your 'name' and just add Designs to the end... the more likes, the more the word gets out.

In addition to this, Deviantart may be good to advertise on, especially with their large number of visitors per day!
