I don't want to find out information about the person, or hack anything. I am just looking for an email address. All of the sites so far though are asking for money. Is there any free database/website that is free to use that you can search someone's name and it will give you a list of email addresses

Right now there are no reliable places to use as an Email Directory. The paid services are a waste of time. You can occasionally get lucky by entering the person's name in a Yahoo search.
