No. Instagram uses OpenGL 2.2 while Samsung Galaxy Y uses OpenGL 1.1. They're not compatible.
Let's just hope that Instagram will update because it's just a newly released app in Android.

galaxy y is not compatible to the available instagram for android... let's just hope they fix this when they update this app..
