I heard Korea is the country which provides fastest internet. What is the ISP? And what SIM is fast there? What is the average speed there? Why 'China Mobile' SIM is very popular?

kansas has google fiber, fiber optic is the fastest internet available, when you heard that korea has fast internet, its probably by average, china mobile is popular because it controls ~70% of the Chinese mobile market
