I have a virus that came in under a Lady's name who is not on my friend list. She should not be able to come into my profile because it is marketed private. Yet she is there and I cannot edit her off my friend list since she is not on it. How do I remove this and another virus. I cannot report her as spam either since she is more like a clon or fake image.

Ive had a similar problem too this it sounds like a complicated process to get fixed but all she has to do is change her password haha and it will go back to normal

She is not a virus
.
Facebook has your listing on their computer she is not on yours she is on Facebook's computer
.
Facebook is the one that has to get her removed
.
And on busy days or weeks they do late night updating of their programs and backing up everything
.
That is when a lot of your kind of stuff is done
.
When there aren't a whole lot of people using Facebook
