To advertise on facebook you must have a valid email address.with this email id Create a profile .

Facebook is widely used by companies to promote product and services, However this is not Free.
:: If you go to the bottom of the Facebook page you will find a link called "Advertising" , Just click on it.This is also the place to create Facebook "Fan Pages" .If you want to create an Ad now you would need to click on the Green Button on right top corner and proceed with necessary applications.
