I've tried searching for a website or service that basically asks you what industry or keyword you're looking for, and then offers their database of relevant contacts. All I've found are software systems that are the total package for small businesses (contact building, transaction orders, business admin stuff), but I already have that. I need someplace where I can search for a database and quickly buy a large number of contacts for a specific industry. Thanks!

Your description "online databases in multiple industries" is rather vague, do you need overall product sales stats, competitive stats on individual businesses, employment data or what?
Often such databases will be part of a paid research service, some intelligence used by large corporations may cost thousands of dollars.

Not a database that you can use yourself, but if you use any list broker they will be able to do something similar.
