Try looking at the bottom of the page, there may be a contact us button there?

First on then help center you will get the option Facebook platform click on it then down there you will get the tab i.e. Suggestions then you can suggest there your ideas.

go to facebook.com click on help than suggestions and you can send in a suggestion about something
