But I have given Twitter permission to do this on the profile,what more can I do? The main browser I have is internet express and I use Google to access Twitter What else can I do?

If On iPhone it's under settings otherwise idk

Check the permission setting on Twitter again if this is checked then give the permission to the browser to access your information, this most probably is to link to another site to give your location details.
