My girlfriends email was hacked and some private pictures were stolen, and i want to find if they were posted anywhere on the internet.

copy the picture into ur search bar. search it.

It will be hard to locate them and take them down if they have been renamed, they will be out there somewhere?

Use Google Image Search - http://www.google.co.in/imghp upload the desired picture here and it will show most related results from Internet.
