Facebook ask me for my handphone number to activate my Fb account but i dont have a handphone how to skip this step ?

Look For the Skip Button if its Not there Than you Cant Skip it Borrow a Friends Phone and Activate it through that

Instead just add ur email or skip and go to the next page or us another computer coz the could be the desk top or browser ,web link .just change the source of information

you cant skip it - facebook does this on purpose to prevent people from creating more than one account
