I posted 10 photos, which all show on my Dashboard but when I click on my actual Tumblr page it only shows 3 photos. Any idea how to rectify this? Thanks.

It is probably your theme. Some tumblr themes don't completely show the posts and don't work properly. I suggest you change your theme.
