I have a fan page, and a girl seems to take every single photo on there. The content is fan art and screencaps created by me. I banned he rpermantely, but all that does it make it impossible for her to like and comment on things...She is still able to get picture. How do I stop her from seeing the pictures?

Stop publishing your work on something as open to the public as Facebook. And read up on fair-use copyright while you're at it.
