If you already have an account then sign in.
If not then sign up.

Then in the sign in box↓
Type in my username
Type in my password and hit enter

If you have already a account on facebook then open the site sign in.If you do not have a account then create a account first. It is free.

Go to http://www.facebook.com sign up and register, if you have already got an account and forgot your password, sign in with your email address and click on forgot password from there you can reset a new one.

How did you open your yahoo account to post this question? the same opener you used to open yahoo account can be re used to open facebook!
