I think there is problem in your system.Don't be worry.You can try an easy path.just type an address named http://www.facebook.com.then it will redirect you in your desired facebook home page and easily sign up your facebook account...........and that's all.

I think it is some internal problem with Facebook. So doesn’t worry just wait some time and then try again.

If it Says Page Not Available It May Be Something With Either Facebook's End Or your Network Try Again Later If the Problem Still Persists Check and See if Facebook is Being Blocked By A Firewall Or Filter or Some Kind of Block Software If you Have One of Those Make Sure Facebook is Being Allowed
if you Still Cant Get to Facebook Contact your ISP Internet Service Provider So They Can Troubleshoot and Possibly Find Out Why its Being Blocked

I think it is issue generated by Facebook, so keep trying.
