i want to know how freelancers get you Facebook fans, i hired one of them and he gave me non fake fans in my Facebook page, i just wanna know how he markets my page or some one else page.
and also if he uses emails what does he write in the email so that he encourages people to like some one page

maybe you should ask him - but he probably wont tell you because what he is doing is a violation of the facebook terms of service
he makes fake accounts, something that facebook is cracking down on to prevent that type of abuse that seems to be coming from a lot of people in india for some reason

I can not figure out how they do it either... I was wondering this myself. I actually did not hire a freelancer though as I have heard mixed things about them and didn't want to take a chance on the quality.
I found a cool site http://www.gotofans.com and they delivered us real fans to our Facebook REALLY fast.
I don't know how they did it but I actually got more fans in the process from showing up on different people's wall.

He doesn't uses any emails. If he didn't provided bots this means one of two things.
He haves a large number of people to ask likes and stuff from or he uses social media exchange websites, probably more then one. This is the only way to provide free likes from real accounts on a constant basis.
