i didnt know what cause it ....but it at my mp3, jpeg ect file ....its really annoying ....look at my pic below

update your account as admin account in windows.

1) Right click on the file.
2) Click Properties.
3) Click Security.
4) Under Group Or User Names, change to the settings you wish.
