Try talking to them in real life. Otherwise, if you are old enough, join something like eharmony. Enjoy youth, find a girl you like, and don't creep on her. And also, if you are looking to do this so that you don't know her, and you wouldn't feel as bad if you use her, you still will, and it is illegal.
