Daily steals a good company? - Carlos - 04-14-2014 07:58 AM

I just recently ordered a nexus 5 32GB from ebay for $394 no tax and shipping included ... I did not do my research on who was selling the item which is (daily steals) on ebay because it was on a black friday special and i could not pass on this deal since this item was fast running out of stock. Today i took my time and looked daily steals up and see nothing but bad reviews!! im very worried that i just got scammed and was wondering if anybody else made the nexus 5 purchase yesterday and has anyone else run into any problems ordering from this seller?

If you bought on eBay, there are programs in place to protect you. Paypal also has buyer protection programs, and that's the standard means of paying for an eBay purchase. In fact, eBay errs on the side of buyer protection to the point of allowing sellers to get scammed/ripped off. You should be OK if you have any issues.

If you don't receive the item or it's not as described, contact them and ask to return it. If they don't cooperate, file a dispute with eBay or Paypal. You'll have to provide a tracking number to prove you returned the item.
