Hello,
So, basically, I have a number for the person's old phone number. I do NOT know their full name and contact information. They moved. Changed their number. Now, I have no way of looking them up. Is it possible to find out contact information from their old phone number? I just need to know the name. Every time I do a reverse phone number search it comes up as NOT REGISTERED. The phone number is not in use now.
I need help and suggestions. Thank you.

Go to fb,twitter,g+ etc and search
