Wont play without them stopping then play then stop. Wont play videos all the way through without playing for 2nd stopping for a second place for a second Exedra

I can't really understand you. But you do need an internet connection to play videos on your android. (Wi-fi). Or if your phone has 3G networking or above you can play videos too.

Yes you do either 3G or WIFI.
