Yes, you can Adsense ads for your domain momsknowitall.net

If you haven't applied to Google Adsense program, then add some more articles, drive some traffic and then apply

Yes I believe you should be able to apply for Adsense, it seems that most free hosted subdomain names are not acceptable for Adsense ,except Google's own properties like Blogger, one has to pay Wordpress.com an upgrade fee to add a custom domain? (there is no fee on Blogger)

You might want to wait until you have a bit more content, perhaps 10 substantial original articles, before you apply, as long as it's not copied works you should be fine.

It does appear that you are creating pages instead of posts, normally only key operational oriented pages like Contact, Terms, Privacy are made pages, normal content additions are made posts that would be in a side index.

Another option is to use a "static Home Page" which you can make look more like a regular site with a static layout, your would create an inner page that would aggregate all your posts.
