I recently created an IG and today i was using it and it logged me out and showed this but i did nothing wrong is there any way i can get it back i never violated a term of service

you have to make a new account but you can still follow your old one i think

That happened to me, its a security suspension. If you use auto-liker apps this will happen. Just make a new account.
