Can I link yahoo stories using iframe or publish those stories on my personal website.
For example we have this link of yahoo
http://in.finance.yahoo.com/photos/8-crippling-mistakes-job-seekers-make-slideshow/
and i want to show it on my website either by using its content or making an iframe and putting the link into it and publishing on my site. I can state that this story is from yahoo and can back link it to yahoo.
My concern is will it violate yahoo privacy or something. THanks

No, as long as you give the original source it is fine to go.
Through an iframe you can show the site itself inside the site it is too good.
