They have no reviews.. no purchase history & nothing for sale... is that sketchy? Someone bid on something of mine so I went to look at there profile & I just seen a big 0

You would have to call ebay and pay pal to solve this.

You can block bidders with no feedback or less than ___ feedback but not after they have bid. I would retract their bid if I were you. Go to Customer Support and enter 'retract bid'.
