Take a visit to the "fiverr" website.
People there claim to be able to get loads of traffic, for only $5...
Never tried it, but for only a few bucks...

Communicating with people in the same niche can have a powerful effect.
Commenting on their blogs - posting in their forums (I don't mean general webmaster forums like DP) - can make others aware of you, respect you and link to you.
One link from a recognized authority is probably worth dozens of directory submissions.

Its really a beautiful site and interesting as well. Move it from weebly and put the same on a specific domain, you can buy cheap domains as low as 8$ and hosting for another 15$ per year.
