I have a domian http://www.freefacebookfriends.com
I think this is a bad name is terms of SEO.

Should i buy a new domian?

Please recommend a name if so.
i will be providing facebook marketing solutions on the website.

You risk having the domain taken from you by Facebook if there is any possibility visitors could confuse it with the Facebook site.

There is some debate over the value of a domain names for SEO. I think it matters, but it probably isn't the biggest deal. If you build your site right you will have great SEO value already. By blogging or somehow generating new content consistently then you will have really powerful SEO value.

So, while domain names are part of SEO, I think it is probably more important that it is human friendly. I would say the domain you have there is just fine for SEO. Spend the time investing in other good SEO practices and the domain name won't be an issue.
