Did you call your service provider? they have a code in which you add to your router so that you can use the internet
If you've already been online for some time, there's a little white button on the back of your router that resets it.
Press and hold for 5 seconds then should be online in 20 to 30 seconds after.

Things you could try.
restart your pc
unplug your ethernet cable and plug it back in
turn your router off then turn it back on
