So a couple days ago, I got an e-mail from
Instagram saying I need to verify my e-mail,
so I did, and now it has locked my account.
Every time I go to like or comment on a
picture, a Security Check pops up and asked
me to type in my mobile number, then it'll
send a text with a code on it and it tells me to
type that in and they'll unlock my account
again. I typed in my number and got the text
with the code on it and I typed it in like it
said. When I clicked enter, it says "This field
is required. Incorrect code. Please enter the
code from the text message." which I did. I
did this multiple times and it still doesn't
work. I even waited 2 days without going on
my account, and then tried it again and it still
doesn't work! What do I have to do to unlock
my account? I can still go on it but I can't do
anything and it's very frustrating! Is
something wrong at Instagrams end? Please
help!

Im sorry I can't answer your question. But I have been having the exact same issue. Ive been on google looking for a fix for the problem for 4 days and nothing is working. Someone pleeeaaaase help. Im sure neither one of us wants to delete our account.

I had the same problem for like almost 2 weeks and I just fixed it! Somebody told me to log out from all devices, (I had Instagram logged in my phone, my ipod and my computer), and wait a couple hours. When you log in again, like a pic or something so Instagram will ask you for the code again, add your phone number starting with +1 so you will get the code just copy and paste the code and Instagram will ask you to change your password again and verify your email address. Once again you must log out from all your devices first and wait a couple hours.
